Hi Chitra, thank you for pointing that out!
Stir in the coconut oil after the chocolate has melted.
As for the aquafaba, whisk with an electric mixer and add to the biscuit mixture.
We will fix the recipe too.
Hope you enjoyed the cookies!

It does not mention where to add the coconut oil and on step 4 ‘whisk aquafaba with what?

If you could amend and repost it would be much appreciated.
Thank you

It is a stimulant so people need to keep that in mind and there is nothing better these days to give me a kick start in the morning than a fresh celery juice. Try it.

Comment on What is a Beegan? by Linda https://www.mindfood.com/article/what-is-a-beegan/#comment-1069 Wed, 06 Nov 2019 04:57:55 +0000 https://www.mindfood.com/?post_type=article&p=948190#comment-1069 This is great, I thought I was the only Beegan around, glad it is becoming a thing. I used to consume rice syrup until I found out how processed and unhealthy it was, then changed to maple syrup and being imported was not supporting Australian industry as well as being very expensive, so switched to local honey because I read an article if you eat your local honey then you are getting all the nutrients you need for your environment. Support your local bee keeper! They really do love their bee’s. Not sure what the other insect products are though we do all eat insects the ones we cannot see!

I am a began, a vegan who eats honey. Actually I prefer low fat wholefood plant based diet, because I do not consume processed foods, I think it is healthier than being just vegan.

Try celery juice on an empty stomach, look up Anthony Williams books for more.

Now we have artificial “measles” spreading via vaccines it is weakening our immunity. If the vaccines were working then why is it spreading when there are more vaccinated people on the planet than ever before?

Suggesting ice-cream is so unhealthy and fattening. The average person should not take in more protein if they want to be healthy.

Comment on How much water should I drink each day? by Linda https://www.mindfood.com/article/how-much-water-should-i-drink-each-day/#comment-1045 Wed, 22 May 2019 04:34:19 +0000 https://www.mindfood.com/?post_type=article&p=939644#comment-1045 I think the water thing is over exaggerated, what the real problem is, is that people are eating too much dry packaged food which draws out water from the body, eating more fresh fruit and veggies and wholefoods will see you not need as much water, also caffeine and alcohol dehydrates you too so drink a glass of water before consuming.

I think supplements can often irritate the stomach and give you acid relux. Not all supplements are the same so do research and take notice how you feel when on them verses when you are not, not good for long term use though.

Cravings for anything is your body telling you that you are missing out on vital nutrients, eat lots of leafy greens and fruit. Eating sunflower seeds also helps with cravings and can help give up smoking.

Even taking magnesium can help some people.

Now they make it out to be a deadly disease, but we do not worry about the number one killer is heart disease and number two obesity so much and they are both preventable!.

Children being inoculated with dangerous chemicals and we wonder why there is a rise in disease in children. Measles was a common childhood disease now they are making it a big issue for more dollars in big pharma’s pockets. We want safe vaccinations not ones filled with mercury, formaldehyde, etc.

Give up processed foods as much as possible, it is dead food, anything in a packet has no nutrition despite the packets claims. The “food” industry has been lying for years and now they are going down the track of what the tobacco industries have done.

I am amazed how many people drink them, and the cans, plastic bottles end up in our oceans. Make your own, flavour some water. Give up the fizz which is no good for digestion.

It was proven a long time ago, get with the program people, eat more fruit and veg. Start your day with a fruit salad, eat a big bowl of salad for lunch and add raw spinach and rocket to your dinner. I have been doing this for years and never get sick, depressed or even angry. I only do moderate exercising.

Sorry I don’t see the point in supporting a racist, fur lover;
She spent a night in Germany, in a club, walking white people in blackface around in chains, speaking in a southern accent and selling them off on slave auction blocks;
She constantly wears hideous huge fur coats and animal heads too.
